As the chief administrative leader of Pinellas County Schools,
the superintendent, reports directly to the School Board.

The School Board oversees all Pinellas County public schools.

The Board employs the General Counsel, who reports directly to the Board, and the two Associate Counsel, who report directly to the General Counsel.
