SPECIAL OBSERVANCE DAYS As required by
school board policy: "In order to prevent a conflict between participation in religious observances and participation in public school attendance in grades kindergarten through 12, a student shall be exempt from attendance for a day or days, or for a period of time on a day, designated by the School Board as a religious holiday."
