Each column is alphabetical from top to bottom.
Accounting
Processes all incoming funds and handles the district's accounts receivable.
Facilities Design & Construction
Manages all major fixed capital outlay projects for construction, remodeling and renovation of educational and support facilities.
Auditing & Property Records
Audits the internal funds and school food service funds of 140-plus schools.  Also conducts annual inventories of the $160,570,272 properties of all schools and departments. 
Finance & MIS
Responsible for the financial and data processing departments (accounting; auditing & property records; payroll; purchasing; management information systems; and delivery & technical support systems), and the cash management and Medicaid offices.
Budget & Resource Allocation
Current and previous year budget documents, including the public hearing documents as presented on Sept 11, 2001.
Governmental Services
Monitors, provides input for and promotes awareness of current and pending legislative issues.
Cash Management
Maintains the liquidity position of the Pinellas County School District, ensuring that sufficient funds are on hand at all times to meet expenditures. 
Human Resources
Oversees the personnel and benefits responsibilities for the approximately 15,000 employees who work for the district.
Central Files
Stores and maintains copies of the documentation. Also processes referrals requesting diagnostic, psychological, social work, and other related services for district students. Copies of records are provided to authorized persons on request.
Payroll
Manages the payroll responsibility for approximately 12,000 full-time employees, 3,000 part-time employees and 600 bus drivers.
Central Printing Services
Provides full printing and related services, including forms management, to all divisions within the Pinellas County School district.
Purchasing
The Mission of the Purchasing Department is to purchase products and services that best contribute to improving student achievement.
Central Records
Assists school district personnel in the maintenance, storage, retrieval, and disposition of school district records.
Special Projects
assists schools and departments in acquiring and managing federal, state and other grant funds.
Chief Business Officer
Oversees and manages the district's business support functions.
