SEDNET

SEDNET is a Multiagency Service Network for Students with Severe Emotional Disturbance.

Florida's multiagency network consists of 18 project areas aligned with the Florida Department of Children and Family Services districts and/or subdistricts, as well as the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice Districts. SEDNET projects are awarded to one school district within each region.

The SEDNET SunCoast Region serves Pinellas and Pasco Counties. Our purpose is to promote a quality, comprehensive system of care for children with, or at risk of, severe emotional disturbance across agencies, utilizing research based best practices, while including support to education, access to mental health treatment, and access to residential services, when needed.
