How to navigate through TransACT

The computer on which you're working must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. Most computers have Acrobat installed, but should you need it, click here.

TransACT works on both PCs and Macs. Providing you are at a computer with Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and have an internet connection you can access the site once you've clicked the link they've sent you.

TransACT's address is http://www.transact.com. This next series of steps will show you how to log in from here. Clicking your activation link will skip you ahead a few steps, but this information will be a useful reference because it will show you how to log in from anywhere.

1) Click here or type the address into your web browser. The screen that loads should look something like this:

2) Click the "Login" link located in the top right hand corner of the screen:

3) Fill in your entire Outlook address and the password you created from Step #2 above. Your browser may offer to store your Username and Password. Whether or not you store the information on the computer is up to you. It can make things much easier in terms of remembering passwords, but it will allow anyone who is logged into your machine to access TransACT. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but you can never be too cautious.

4) TransACT will test your browser and see if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. If you do, this screen should come up:

5) All of the accessible files are located in the left hand corner. Click on one of the file folders to view the documents contained within. Take some time to familiarize yourself with where you can find important documents:
