Extended Learning/Credit Forgiveness |
Elementary, middle and high schools need teachers to deliver remediation to struggling students during the school year. Remediation can be delivered before or after school, during the school day, and/or on Saturdays. The models for this remediation differ from school to school. Teachers who work in the program will be hired as part time hourly employees, and will be paid $15.00 per hour. Preference for employment in this program will be given to currently employed teachers who hold current and valid Florida Educator’s Certificate in the grade level and/or subject area for which they are providing instruction. If none is available then candidates who are eligible for certification in the grade level and/or subject area for which the teacher is providing instruction may be considered.

Title I/Literacy Success |
Literacy Success and Title I teachers provide instruction to students under the direct supervision of the Title I Facilitator and/or the classroom teachers. They provide small group instruction in reading and writing. Teachers who work in the program will be hired as Part time hourly employees, and will be paid $17.94 per hour. Preference for employment in this program will be given to currently employed teachers who hold current and valid Florida Educator's Certificate in the grade level and/or subject area for which the teacher is providing instruction and have taken and passed the Florida Elementary (K-6) subject area exam.
Applicants who hold a Bachelor's degree and have taken and passed the Elementary (K-6) Florida Subject area exam may also be considered. Adult Education/Workforce Development |
Part time hourly teachers are needed to provide educational, recreational, social, cultural, health and community services for persons of all ages in accordance with the needs, interests and concerns of the community. Teachers who work in the program will be hired as Part time hourly employees, and will be paid $13.00, $15.00, and $20.00 per hour specific to the job. Minimum qualifications for this job are a Bachelor's degree or higher, plus 2 years experience in-field or 6 years full-time occupational experience in-field and meet district certification requirements.
