FOCUS The main focus of this office is to collaborate with district and school-based personnel in the development of training and to provide resources that will support and enhance student achievement. This will be accomplished in two primary ways:
- Providing curriculum training and resources for content area teachers, especially in the area of technology integration.
- Providing curriculum training and resources for all curriculum contacts at district and school levels.

Referendum
- Collaborate with district, school, and community committee members to design projects and support with referendum dollars

Components
- Review and revise all technology components to ensure alignment with curriculum objectives
- Approve the opening of components authored by the Office of Curriculum & Applications
- Offer tech coordinator components as a train-the-trainer model
- Award component points
DOE Initiatives
- Collaborate with DOE , the district, and schools on state initiatives (e.g. Technology Resource Survey, etc)
- Understand and inform of District and State mandates and initiatives as they pertain to technology training (i.e. NCLB, STAR)
- Provide training and support for schools on completing the survey
- Review all school surveys
EETT Grants
- Develop and manage curriculum and technology integration grants and funding (e.g. EETT, PSTF, etc.)
- Provide ongoing support for grant projects
- Collaborate with private schools on projects and budgets
- Provide curriculum training on grant projects
- Coordinate grant purchases
- Create and maintain office website
Curriculum Collaboration and Support
- Assist in the evaluation of curriculum technologies
- Collaborate with supervisors and schools on recommendations and implementation of curriculum-based software
- Support principal walkthrough software
