H1N1 (Swine) Flu Information

 

Pinellas County Schools is working collaboratively with our colleagues at the Pinellas County Health Department to keep abreast of the reported cases of swine flu in the United States. The district is encouraging parents, students and staff members to practice good hygiene to stay healthy. The CDC (Centers for Disease Control) recommends the following actions:

 

November 16, 2009 

Due to current H1N1 vaccine shortages, the Pinellas County Health Department is postponing the school vaccine clinics at middle and high schools.  The clinics will be rescheduled in December. Parents will notified about new dates as soon as they are scheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
