Automatic Pay Plan

The District requires all employees who do not have direct deposit to enroll in the automatic pay plan.
Employees with existing bank accounts may have direct deposit to either your checking account or savings account.
Employees who do not have an existing bank account or have had banking problems in the past currently have two options. 1) Achieva Credit Union through their Partners in Education program will give you a checking account or a savings only account which features no required minimum balances, no monthly service fees and free access to Achieva and Presto ATMs. Fill out an Achieva Credit Union Membership Application and return it to any Achieva branch or return it to the Payroll department by pony or fax (727)588-6397.
2) Wachovia will give you either a checking account or a Pay Access account with an ATM card depending on what type of account you qualify for. Fill out a new account request form for the Wachovia at Work program and return it to any Wachovia location or return it to the Payroll department by pony or fax (727)588-6397.
