Important Dates:

February 10th - ECP and EA application packets due (student must provide complete packet to SPC office to include ECP application or EA permission form, unofficial transcript, and qualifying test results).

***February 28th - Deadline for students invited to Early College Program or Early Admission to accept the invitation.

March 6th - Summer classes open for viewing.

March 22nd - Registration for summer classes opens Note:  students cannot take a class that conflicts with their Pinellas County School schedule!

April 3rd - Fall classes open for viewing.

April 19th - Registration for fall classes opens.

***April 28th - Last day for students to register for summer DE classes.

May 1st – 4th - Book return for spring DE classes – books must be returned to an ECP classroom by the 3:00pm on May 4. 

Counselors/APC’s will be notified of students with a DE book obligation on May 5 and those with an obligation remaining will be denied books for summer classes and removed from DE summer classes on May 8.

May 8th - 3:00-5:00pm Summer Book Distribution

Note:  This is the only opportunity for students to obtain summer books at no expense – parent or classmate may pick up book on behalf of the student if the student is not available.

May 15th - Summer classes begin.

***May 25th - Deadline for students to obtain permission form for fall DE classes at SPC.

***June 2nd – Deadline to turn in permission form to Guidance Counselors before they leave for summer break.

***July 14th - Fall DE Registration deadline.  PLEASE NOTE:  Permission forms must have been turned in.  Please see above date.

***July 19th - 9:00am-2:00pm Fall Book Distribution (for classes at SPC only)

PERT will be administered at PHUHS on Tuesday, February 28th after school.  You will need to obtain an SPC ID number in order to register and reserve a seat to test.  To reserve a seat to take the PERT test follow this link: https://www.spcollege.edu/survey/22245
