Safety Harbor Elementary was recently selected as part of the district’s Spruce It Up Campaign in which the maintenance department uses its resources to enhance the aesthetics of school campuses in an effort to enhance curb appeal.
A dedicated team is sent to the school to do just what it says, spruce it up. Everything from painting, to landscaping to completing the school’s entire maintenance request, it’s taken care of while the team is there. The campaign is compared to one of those “home makeover” shows everyone watches on television.
