All contracts and amendments to contracts using grant funds must be facilitated
by the special projects office to obtain attorney's approval, superintendent's
approval and School Board approval and signatures.
A three-page board approval request form must be completed for all contracts
and amendments to contracts. Allow enough time for board approval before the
start of the contract. Refer to the
current board meeting calendar and due dates for accompanying agenda materials.
Upon request, the special projects office will assist in writing contracts.
Contracts for amounts equal to or over $25,000 must follow the bid process.

After a contract is signed and approved by the School Board and the external
vendor, project managers receive a signed copy for reference. For a sample contract
