CCVP Partnership Commitment Form 2009-2010
The Corporate Community Volunteer Program (CCVP) is a partnership program involving employees and members of area companies and organizations as school volunteers. Participants are encouraged by their organization/company to become tutors or mentors for struggling students; in many cases, businesses allow flexible schedules to accommodate volunteer time during the day. Longstanding CCVP participants include Honeywell, City of Clearwater and many other city governments throughout Pinellas County.

Business Partner list 2009 - 2010
Business Partners 2009-2010 School Partner relationships are ongoing throughout the year and typically involve the entire school. Regular communication, mutual objectives and specific outcomes are part of these relationships. Recommitment is usually done informally each year. Partnerships match community resources to identified needs of the individual schools. Schools, in turn, provide resources to meet identified needs of a particular partner such as a business or community group. Partners often contribute money, manpower and/or materials to the program. They donate time and expertise, send tutors and mentors to volunteer in the classroom, speak to classes about their business or organization and invite students on field trips. These partnerships have proven to be extremely beneficial to student success.

Classroom Partnerships are innovative Office of Strategic Partnerships programs. These partnerships are designed for small businesses or organizations that are interested in becoming involved in and participating with the activities of a particular class of students or an entire department in one school.
