    Scholar Grades: Encourage your child to take this week to submit any outstanding assignments and connect with his/her teacher.  Teachers are required to finalize grades Monday, June 1st and will not be able to accept assignments after that time.

    Field Trip Refund Questionnaire 

    Please complete this questionnaire  or on our school website, if your child submitted payment for Gradventure, Spanish Field Trip, or Finance Park Trip. Questionnaire will not be accessible after June 1st, so please complete as soon as possible.

     

    Digital Devices: All assigned digital devices will remain with scholars at this time.


    Scholar Retrieval of  Personal Item Schedule  – Please reference the attached schedule for your child to report to the school for their personal items.  We will practice Social Distancing, as it will be requested for all families to remain in their vehicles during this process. It is important that each family reports to the school only at their designated time. If you are unable to report at the designated time, please contact the school so we can schedule another time for pick up.

    Reminders for Retrieval of Personal Items:

    Scholars must be in vehicles with a parent/guardian. No Walkers/Bike Riders
    With dark marker or Sharpie, write your child's Last Name, First Name  (if you have more than one child, list each separately)
    Place label in the Windshield on the Front Passenger side of the vehicle
    Have items to return to school, including library books and textbooks, placed in trunk or back end of car with a label indicating we should take it
    Open trunk or back end of car when student materials are brought out to car
    Once you have received your child's materials, please exit carefully.  Please remember, we have close to 1,000 scholars we are trying to accommodate, so we appreciate your patience. 


    St. Petersburg Free Clinic will host a drive through pantry distribution for students and families at First Baptist Church, 1900 First Gandy Blvd N, Wednesday, May 27th


    LIBRARY BOOKS and textbooks should be returned when students come to school to retrieve their items. Please make sure to bring these in. All overdue book titles have been emailed out directly to the students. They can check their email through Outlook in Clever.
