Peer mediation
-
Peer mediation is a process in which students with a problem work together assisted by an impartial third person who encourages and helps the students resolve the dispute. It is a conflict resolution strategy designed to help disputants reach a win-win agreement.
A Peer Mediation program sends an important message to students: At our school we talk over differences; we do not have to fight.Benefits of Peer Mediation
