    To access your grade-level activities:

    1. Log into Clever and then click the Naviance icon.
    2. Go to the Planner tab​.
    3. Click Tasks then Tasks Assigned to Me​.
    4. Complete your assigned grade-level activities under Tasks You Need to Work On.

     

     

    9th Grade Tasks

    1.  Transition to High School Survey

    Transitions are a part of life as a student, from middle school through career placement. Building coping skills around transitions from middle school to high school, then to independent life can help you to successfully adapt to new situations. As you transition from middle to high school, you will find that you have a solid support network waiting and eager to help you through the process! Students who identify and rely on their support systems have positive outcomes both in and out of school. To help us learn a bit more about you and your thoughts and feelings about your transition to high school, please complete the Transition to High School Survey in Naviance.

    2.  Create, Review, or Edit Course Plan

    10th Grade Tasks

    1.  Career Interest Profiler

    • Research the career profiles of your top results.
    • Favorite (♥) at least 3 careers of interest to complete the next task.

    2.  Add 3 Careers to My List

    • Favorite (♥) at least 3 careers of interest if you haven’t already done so.

    3.  Career Exploration through Roadtrip Nation Interviews

    • Click the Careers tab in the main menu.
    • Click Explore Roadtrip Nation Videos.
    • Click What’s your road?.
    • Click Define Your Road and complete Steps 1-3.
    • Watch at least 3 interview videos.
    • To complete this task, return to Tasks Assigned to Me and leave a comment in the Career Exploration through Roadtrip Nation Interviews comment box.

    1.  eDocs Orientation

    2.  Add 3 Scholarships to My List

    • Click the Colleges tab in the main menu.
    • Click Scholarship Search.
    • Favorite (♥) at least 3 scholarships.
    • Complete the FAFSA at some point during 1st Semester.
    • Complete the FFAA at some point during 1st Semester.
    • Complete the PEFSA at some point during 1st Semester.

    1.  Complete AchieveWorks® Personality

    2.  Build Resume

    • Click the About Me tab in the main menu.
    • Click Resume.
    • Click the Plus button to start building your resume of activities, experience, skills, awards, etc.
    • Once finished building your resume, select Print/Export Resume.
      1. Name the resume
      2. Select a template
      3. Check the sections to be added
      4. Select Save

    3.  Growing My Resume Reflection Survey

    10th Grade Tasks

    1.  Complete SuperMatch College Search

    • Click the College tab in the main menu.
    • Click SuperMatch College Search under the "Find Your fit" column.
    • Use the Choose Fit Criteria tabs (e.g., Location, Academics, Student Life, Cost, etc.) under the "SuperMatch College Search" banner to select your criteria.
    • Favorite (♥) at least 6 colleges of interest to complete the next task.

    2.  Add 6 Colleges to My List

    • Double check that your 3-6 favorited colleges have been added to your list.
      • Click the College tab in the main menu.
      • Click ♥ Colleges I’m Thinking About under the “Research Colleges” column.

    11th Grade Tasks

    1.  Complete Game Plan Survey

    • Complete the Game Plan Survey regardless if college is your plan or not to mark the task complete.
      1. Click the About Me tab in the main menu. 
      2. Click Game Plan Survey.
    • Continue to work on your ♥ Colleges I'm Thinking About list, moving any definite choices to your application list (Colleges I'm Applying To list).
    • Learn how to request a transcript using eDocs by reviewing the Junior Year eDocs Preparation.pdf file.

    12th Grade Tasks

    1.  2023 Senior Survey

    • Complete the senior exit survey, including college admissions decisions or indicating "did not apply" and selecting one attending school for final choice school. This will mark the task complete.
    • You MUST complete the survey if you need to request final transcripts.
