Jennifer Dull

Chief Operations Officer

Jennifer Dull began her career with Pinellas County Schools in 2003, working as a high school varying exceptionalities teacher and specialist for four years at Countryside High School. In 2007, she left the district to pursue advanced studies and work for the Office of the Provost at Teachers College, Columbia University. Following her time in higher education, Jennifer served the students of Baltimore City Public Schools for eight years in various leadership positions. Her experiences in Baltimore City included leading the academic vision for the 21st Century Buildings Initiative for all new and renovated buildings and strategic leadership within the Office of Special Education that resulted in disengagement from the Vaughn G. Consent Decree and corresponding Settlement Agreement. She also served as the academic chief of staff, providing direction and support with a focus on strategic areas of reform for both policy and practice. 

Jennifer returned to Pinellas County Schools in 2017 with a passion for working collaboratively to raise student achievement for all students. In her current role, she is responsible for the coordination of services provided by the twelve departments which support the operations of the district. The departments and key operations include: schools police, transportation, food service, maintenance, facilities design & construction, real estate, warehousing, energy management, safety and security, emergency management, central printing, and student assignment.

She is a graduate of Pinellas County Schools who has earned degrees from the University of Florida and Teachers College, Columbia University.
