You can view your child’s waitlist number anytime in your Focus Parent Portal.

How to Access Your Child’s Waitlist Status:

1. Log in to your Focus Parent Portal: https://focus.pcsb.org
2. On the left-side menu, locate your child’s name
3. Click the “<” (arrow) next to their name
4. Select “Child Info”
5. Click on the “#OSC” tab (# on School Choice Waitlist)
6. View your child’s current waitlist number in the center panel

Important Information

• Applications submitted by 5:00 PM will typically display a waitlist number the following morning
• For programs with entrance criteria (such as academic or audition-based programs):
  • Your status will show “Awaiting Review” until eligibility is determined
  • Once reviewed, your child’s waitlist number will appear
