What We Do

We lead and support a variety of district-wide functions, including:

• Budget development and coordination
• Unit allocation to schools and departments
• Capital budgeting and monitoring
• FTE state reporting
• Financial modeling and forecasting
• Long-term strategic and operational planning

Our work provides the financial foundation that helps every school and department deliver high-quality education and services.
