Athletic Coaches require a valid Temporary or Professional or an Athletic Coaching Certificate. Requirements for a three (3) year Athletic Coaching Certificate reflecting only athletic coaching may be issued to an applicant who meets the following requirements:

1. Completes the application requirements as specified in Rule 6A-4.0012, FAC., and
2. Submits a fingerprint report as specified in subparagraph (1)(a)3., of this rule

Requirements for a five (5) year Athletic Coaching Certificate reflecting only athletic coaching may be issued to an applicant who meets the following requirements:

1. Completes the application requirements as specified in Rule 6A-4.0012, FAC., and
2. Submits a fingerprint report as specified in subparagraph (1)(a)3., of this rule
