Compensation
The Compensation Team is responsible for designing and administering pay programs that assist the Pinellas County School Board in attracting, retaining and motivating staff to achieve the District’s vision. The Compensation Team provides support for developing policies that govern employee pay, creating and maintaining job descriptions, and ensuring that PCSB pay practices and incentives are compliant with state and federal statutes.
