HumanaDental Advantage Plus 2S Plan #548085:

Your Advantage plan combines ease of use of dental HMOs and larger dentist networks with plans like PPOs. It is considered an Open Access Dental HMO plan so that you do not have to select a primary dentist and it features. no hidden costs, no claims to file, and no waiting periods. MetLife Preferred Dentist Program (PDP Plus) #95682:
The MetLife Preferred Dentist Program (PDP) operates like a preferred provider organization (PPO). You can choose to visit any dentist, although you can reduce your out-of-pocket expenses by visiting a dentist in the MetLife network. Review the 2026 Benefits and Wellness Guide to learn about each plan or call the insurance carrier with questions.
