Go Green to Get Green Rewards provides cash rewards for employees who use Valenz Bluebook to shop for Fair Price Providers and Facilities for specific procedures.

Rewards are already built into the Valenz Bluebook system – there are no additional forms to submit to be eligible for the rewards. You can earn rewards simply by visiting green providers/facilities for rewards-eligible services or calling the toll-free support line at 1-888-316-1824.

No. You are eligible for a reward simply by searching for the procedure on the Valenz Bluebook Website or contacting the toll-free support line at 1-888-316-1824.  Once you receive services from a green provider/facility for the procedure, Valenz Bluebook will process your reward if the procedure has been determined to be eligible for rewards.

Valenz Bluebook does not share information about individual employees, or the services received by your employer. All health care information is kept confidential.

Rewards are processed on a bimonthly basis and will be sent to the address on file with your employer. A letter of explanation will accompany the reward.

Rewards are paid to the employee but family members who are participating in the health plan can also earn rewards.

You may receive multiple rewards for procedures done on the same day. For example, if you had a tonsillectomy and removal of adenoids, you would receive two separate rewards for using a high-value provider/facility.
