Khan Academy’s mission is to provide a free, world‑class education for anyone, anywhere.
About Khan Academy: Web-based and free, Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom.
Khan tackles math, science, grammar, computer programming, history, art history, economics, test prep, and more.
Khan’s math missions guide learners from kindergarten to calculus using state-of-the-art, adaptive technology that identifies strengths and learning gaps.
Khan has also partnered with institutions like NASA, The Museum of Modern Art, The California Academy of Sciences, and MIT to offer specialized content.
Dunedin Highland Middle School will use Khan Academy this year to deliver course content, and practice exercises. Students can access Khan through clever. They just need to click on the logo (a tree) on clever and fill in their grade and subject to get started. If you have questions about Khan Academy, please contact your teacher or Khan Ambassador Mrs. Hickman (firstname.lastname@example.org).
