    TECH HIGH MEDITATION CLUB

    Tech High Meditation club helps you take your first small step into a much bigger world of self-care. Meditation is a simple practice where an individual focuses on attention and awareness to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state of being. Students who have practiced regularly indicated they feel much more calm, more focused and more emotionally prepared for any situation.

    WHAT TO EXPECT / BRING

    Dress comfortably. We’ll be sitting on the floor.

    Relaxing music is utilized

    Bring an open mind

    Students will meditate for approximately 20 minutes
