What Can I Do After I Finish ESOL Classes?
Once students finish the ESOL program, they can enroll in our GED Program or continue their postsecondary education at PTC, SPC, or USF. Students are counseled to help them make the best choices for their future.
The GED class helps ESOL students become more independent learners, acquire new vocabulary, and learn strategies for taking timed tests. GED classes also instill more confidence in their English abilities.
Once our students leave Tomlinson, they are confident and ready to pursue their next goal. Many of them come back to share their accomplishments. Our teachers are very proud of their achievements.
