The College Fund of Pinellas County, Inc. is a tax-exempt organization that during the past 51 years has helped over 740 Pinellas County residents attend college on the basis of their academic ability, motivation, and financial need. We seek applicants who will receive Pell Grants and be registered as full-time students in an accredited undergraduate degree program in the fall.

Below is the scholarship information for a program aimed at low income youths who either want to enter the workforce shortly after graduating high school or get a foundation in Information Technology before entering college. The 6 week Youth Technology Camp will cover Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver plus certification preparation for CompTIA A+ and Network+ as well as an entry level cyber security certification (Cyber Security Sentinel).
The primary goal of the program is to assist scholarship winners in finding quality, entry level employment in the IT field. The entire program is covered by the scholarship: classes, courseware, labs, practice exams, certification exam vouchers and assistance with job placement from a staffing agency.
