Reduced Internet - Spectrum (English)
Spectrum will be offering a low-cost Internet program for eligible Pinellas families.
The program, Spectrum Internet Assist, provides eligible households with Internet service for $14.99 per month. To qualify for Spectrum Internet Assist, a member of the household must:
Receive free or reduced cost lunch through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
Attend a Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) school
- Receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) — age 65 and over only
Spectrum Internet Assist provides:
30 Mbps of Internet speed with NO data caps, 3X faster than similar programs
FREE Internet modem
- In-home WiFi for $5 more a month, with accessibility to Spectrum’s thousands of public Wi-Fi hotspots
This offer is available to residents within Spectrum’s service area who have not subscribed to Spectrum Internet, Bright House Networks or related Internet services within 30 days. Customers must have no outstanding debt for any Charter Communications service within 12 months. No credit checks or contracts are required. Families currently participating in the Bright House Networks Connect2Compete program should continue to receive services until the end of their two-year agreement.
