    #NoFastFoodChallenge!

    Join the news crew in a no fast food challenge for one week! If you must go to a fast food restaurant then make the best food choices you can to feed your body! After a week we will reflect on the changes we may feel after choosing healthier food options! Families, send photos to Mrs. Glass  of your healthy food choices so we can post them on our news!

    Today on the WWES Morning News Show we made smoothies! Here is the recipe that our news crew member Carlos created!

    2 cups of frozen organic mixed berries (we used Publix mixed berries with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

    2 whole bananas

    1/2 cup watermelon

    1 1/2 - 2 cups coconut water (depending on your desired consistency)

    Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy!

    This recipe makes about 4 servings
