Summer Bridge Join Us For Risking Kindergarten

 

Prepare your child for kindergarten this summer! Enroll in a special program for children who will enter kindergarten in August 2026. Children will sing, play and dance the day away, while they prepare for a successful start in kindergarten. Rising Kindergarten is focused on preparing children for kindergarten and does not have the same eligibility criteria as other Summer Bridge learning programs. 

How to Enroll starting March 25, 2026

Your child must be enrolled in kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year in order to sign up for Rising K

If your child is a current Pinellas County Schools student or you have already registered for kindergarten for next school year: Log onto the Focus Student Information System and register for Summer Bridge / Rising Kindergarten through the student reservation system. 

If you have not yet registered your child for kindergarten, make a reservation for kindergarten before you enroll.

Grades: Students entering kindergarten
Days: Monday - Thursday 
Hours: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. 
 
 

Summer Bridge Rising Kindergarten Locations: Anona, Bay Point, Bear Creek, Belcher, Belleair, Blanton, Campbell Park, Dunedin, Eisenhower, Fairmount Park, Frontier, Fuguitt, Garrison Jones, Gulfport, High Point, Jamerson, Lakewood, Lealman Avenue, Maximo, Melrose, Midtown Academy, New Heights, North Shore, Oldsmar, Pinellas Park, Ridgecrest, Safety Harbor, Sandy Lane, Sawgrass Lake, Seminole, Seventy-Fourth Street, Skycrest, Skyview, Starkey, Tarpon Springs, and Westgate Elementary Schools.

Summer Bridge assignments are made to your child’s current or designated school.
