Girls On The Run
Girls on the Run is an activity-based program that creatively incorporates running with life lessons that encourage positive emotional, social, and physical development. Girls develop important strategies and skills to help them navigate the challenges that life may throw at them. Physical activity is woven into the program to inspire an appreciation of fitness and to build habits that lead to a lifetime of health. At the end of the program, the girls actually complete a 5k! Crossing the finish line is a defining moment when the girls realize that even the seemingly impossible IS possible.
