Principal's Call Out 2/8/2021

Good evening this is Principal Wilson from TMFMS.

Civics ELP meets on Mondays from 4:20-5:20 for in-person and virtual students.  Students can come to 5-115 for ELP or join through the Civics with Mrs. Vines team on Microsoft Teams.  Mrs. Vines will create the meeting between 4:15 and 4:20 and students will simply join the meeting.  Civics ELP provides review of past benchmarks learned and focuses on practicing Civics End Of course Exam questions.  A lot of time is spent on practicing test questions with test-taking tips.  ELP is for any 7th or 8th grade Civics student who wants or needs some extra preparation for the Civics End Of course Exam.

If you are not a student of Mrs. Vines and want to come to ELP, simply email your name to her at viness@pcsb.org so she can add you to the Civics with Mrs. Vines Team on Microsoft Teams.

Just a reminder about that student registration (current 6th and 7th graders) for next school year, the course request forms are due on Friday, February 12th by midnight.  The information is located on our school website.

Attention parents of students who receive special education services, please make your voice hear and complete the Florida ESE Parent Survey at www.esesurvey.com. The survey closes May 31.

Please send students to tutoring Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday if your child received a D/F for the 1st Semester.
