A Message From Our PTSA President

A strong PTA needs the support of moms, dads, family members, teachers, school staff, and community members. If you want to be involved, we welcome you to be a part of the PTSA Board.  We are currently looking for nominees to fill the PTSA Board positions, at a minimum we need 4 board members, President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, and Treasurer.   Simply nominate yourself or a friend, by sending your name (or your friends name), email address and phone number to  thurgoodmarshallptsa@gmail.com   

Current board members can nominate themselves or be nominated.   You do not have to be a current member of PTSA to be nominated, but you will have to join at the start of the 2021-22 school year.  If you have any questions, please email them to thurgoodmarshallptsa@gmail.com.  

Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 27th – 2pm – 5pm, PTSA will be hosting a Family Share day at BayBoro Brewing.   This will be for current and incoming families and there will be food, music, and entertainment for everyone.  This will be a great opportunity to meet other parents and students!  

We are offering Spring Specials on our Spirit Gear during the month of March – Sweatshirts, regularly $20.00 are on sale for $15.00.   T-Shirts, regularly $12.00 are on sale for $10.00, Water Bottles, regularly $12.00 are on sale for $9.00 and School Logo Masks, regularly $10.00 are on sale for $8.00.  

PTSA is also accepting donations, in lieu of our cancelled Spring Fundraiser.  Any donation in any amount is greatly appreciated for continued support of our school.    You can purchase spirit gear or donate at https://tmfms.memberhub.store/store
