Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a 3-tiered evidence-based prevention framework that reduces exclusionary discipline and improves student and teacher outcomes when fully implemented. By establishing PBIS, we are developing skills, enhancing our school environment, acknowledging appropriate behavior, and using data to identify support for all our students and teachers.
