2025 Graduation Information

• Graduation is Wednesday May 28 at 7:30am at BayCare Sound in Clearwater, FL
• The graduation is estimated to last 2 hours.
• Graduates should arrive at 6:30am.

Guests: Guests can enter the BayCare Sound beginning at 6:30am

Guests attending graduation do not need a ticket. It is open seating for graduation. There are no limits on the number of guests per graduate.

• BayCare Sound is a cashless venue. Concessions will be available.

Graduates will not be allowed to bring cellphones, smart watches, or other technological devices to the graduation ceremony.

What to wear:

Graduates need to arrive wearing their cap, gown, and any regalia provided by the school.

•  Graduates should dress nicely- collared shirt with a tie, dress pants, dresses
• Wear comfortable shoes- heels and wedges are not suggested due to long periods of standing and navigating stairs
• No shorts, jeans, leggings, t-shirts, or sneakers should be worn.
• Flags, sunglasses, sashes, flowers, leis (etc) and non LHS regalia are not permitted.Per PCS policy, caps cannot be decorated.
• No food, drinks, or gum.

What to expect:

• Graduates will check in at the Clearwater Main Library at a table alphabetically by last name and are given a reader card.
• Graduates write their email address on the card.
• 3 pictures will be taken at the ceremony. GradImages will send out proofs to the emails listed on the cards 2-6 weeks after graduation.
• At the conclusion of the ceremony, graduates will pick up their diplomas and meet their families outside.
