Textbooks and access codes for fall classes will be packaged and brought to the high school during the first week of August and can be picked up at the school during the week of August 10th.
The end of the add/drop period is Friday, August 21. Classes dropped by this date will not appear on the transcript.
The last day for a dual enrollment student to drop a class is the last day of Quarter 1. This is earlier than the deadline for traditional college students. Students who drop a class during quarter 1 after the add/drop period will have a W placed on their transcripts (high school and college).
Expenses incurred for a dropped class are the responsibility of the student’s family. This includes tuition for a class dropped after August 21 as well as instructional materials expenses that cannot be refunded (i.e. – a used access code).
