The application period for the Pinellas County Schools magnet, fundamental and career programs opens Jan. 7th and we invite you to apply for our award-winning CEL (Center for Education and Leadership) program or our RISE (Resilience in Student Experience) program. 

CEL Program - Prepares students with the skills necessary to be effective leaders in the workplace. It encourages all students in the program to pursue their career goals and equips them with the skills necessary to share their knowledge with others in the workplace.

RISE Program - Is designed for students who are interested in careers such as school counselors, social workers, psychologists, and other service provider professions.

Families can apply for the SHS CEL - RISE program or any other PCS District Application Programs from January 7 through 5 p.m. on January 17th.
