PCS Football Game of the Week Recap: Osceola vs. Seminole

Oct. 6, 2025

Reported by Alfredo Muente

The Osceola Warriors overwhelmed the Seminole Warhawks 40-0 on Friday night in a lopsided Homecoming victory, snapping a two-game skid and keeping postseason hopes alive.

The annual backyard brawl between the neighboring schools—just four and a half miles apart—was over quickly, as Osceola (3-3) scored on its first offensive play and built a 21-0 lead by the end of the first quarter. Senior running back Brandt Scott ignited the offense with a 24-yard touchdown run, finishing the first half with 137 yards on six carries.

Seminole (0-6) came into the game having scored just six points all season while giving up 218. The Warhawks’ struggles continued as a fumble on their first play led to another quick score, this one a 10-yard run by sophomore quarterback Camden Luke. Osceola capped the opening quarter with an 11-yard touchdown reception by Colin Pavlovich, who made a highlight-reel catch in the corner of the end zone.

The second quarter saw more of the same, with junior Ricky Hallman scoring three touchdowns—two on long drives and one after a quick 80-yard series—to push the lead to 40-0 and activate a running clock for the entire second half.

Seminole showed some life in the third quarter behind junior Geo Robinson, who rushed for 85 yards on 14 carries, but a missed 33-yard field goal by Osceola was the only real scoring threat of a quiet second half.

Osceola totaled 276 rushing yards on just 19 carries in a dominant offensive showing, while its defense remained firmly in control throughout.

Next up, Osceola hosts district foe Bradenton Southeast (5-1) on October 10 in a key Class 4A-11 showdown. Seminole will look to break into the win column the same night at home against Hollins (0-6). Both games are scheduled for 7 p.m.
