We distributed over 240 laptops over the last 2 days!
Our next step in ensuring our Ospreys are ready to learn is to make sure your child has accessed TEAMS.
All instruction is being provided through TEAMS. Students can access that by going to CLEVER and signing on using their Username@pcsb.org. This means that if their user name was R2D2, they would use R2.D2@pcsb.org. They can then enter the same password they have always used. If they have password issues, please contact the district help desk at 588-6060 for assistance. ALL STUDENTS NEED TO CHECK INTO TEAMS THIS WEEK! Teachers have created a quick attendance question. Students need to check in on that question in order to be marked present. Attendance will begin officially next week; however we want to make sure that ALL of our students are confident and ready to engage in digital learning.
This week is for enrichment activities through the district website on CLEVER. I cannot emphasize enough, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD LOGS ONTO TEAMS THIS WEEK AND CHECKS IN. If your child does not check in, our student services team will be reaching out to you to offer assistance. Instruction begins on Monday, March 30th. Teachers will be available online from 9:00-11:30 and 1:00-3:30. Art, Music and PE are also online, as are ESE teachers and other teachers that provided assistance and support. Guidance, Behavior and student services can also be reached.
Additional log in support is available on our school Facebook page and our website. Our Tech Tech Mr. Ted Willett can be reached through email at email@example.com. Mr. Ted will host outdoor office hours tomorrow Friday March 27th in the front car line from 10 AM to noon. Again, in order to adhere to CDC guidelines, we would ask that you pull up in our carline and patiently wait in your car for assistance.
