School collects a lot of pennies to support local animal shelter
June 10, 2016 — Walsingham Elementary School raised $1,132.68 for the school’s Pennies for Puppies service project. The money will go to the SPCA of Tampa Bay, which is located in Largo.

SPCA representatives visited Walsingham Elementary to thank the school for its efforts.

Walsingham Elementary School raised $1,132.68 for the school’s Pennies for Puppies service project. The money will go to the SPCA of Tampa Bay, which is located in Largo.
Students from all grade levels participate in the fundraiser, which involves the collection of pennies. School families also donated food, treats, blankets, towels, and toys to comfort animals awaiting homes.
SPCA representatives visited Walsingham Elementary to thank the school for its efforts.
