School Survey-We need your help!

SHES Parents and Families:

 

Thank you to the 18 parents who have already completed our annual parent survey!  Help us meet our goal this year by taking a moment to complete your 2019-2020 survey by Friday, January 10th!  We need at least 140 of our parents/grandparents/guardians complete the survey.  We can do this since we have 700 students!

 

Many of our parents share their excitement and appreciation for our community school on a regular basis.  Please take a moment to document these and share your insight and suggestions as we value your opinion.

Please be assured that your responses to this survey will be anonymous. If you do not have computer/internet access at home, please stop in the front office and you can take it there. Alternate languages are available when you click on the link to begin.

Did you know our school has a vision/mission statement:

The mission of Safety Harbor Elementary School is to work together as a team to help each student reach his or her highest level of social, physical and academic achievement and become productive, well-rounded citizens.

 

After completing the survey, write a note to your teacher in your child’s agenda book or send by e-mail that you have completed the survey.  Your child will receive a popcorn treat at the end of the survey window!
