If you would like your student to participate in before-school ELP (tutoring) 8:00AM-8:50AM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION FOR YOUR STUDENT,  please print out the form below and return it to the school.

*If you are interested in signing up your student for credit recovery, please do so when we start that program in January 2024. Only ELP tutoring is available on September 11th.
