Registration Process for the 2020-2021 School Year
Due to COVID-19 our registration process is changing a little for the 2020-21 school year. Registrations/In-County Transfers/address changes will be done by appointments only between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. with lunch from 12:45 to 1:30 p.m. Please call the DMT at 727-669-1146 ext. 2007 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment. Please remember to bring all required paperwork to your appointment (see details below).
MASKS ARE REQUIRED WHEN ENTERING THE SCHOOL BUILDING!!
ONLY 1 PARENT /GUARDIAN WILL BE ALLOWED IN TO REGISTER THE STUDENT.
New students to District: completed registration packet (available online), Birth Certificate, current physical within the last year, immunization records on a Florida Certification of Immunization Form and 2 proofs of residency. If you have the student’s latest report card it is helpful in their placement for their core courses. If you do not have everything needed to register when you come, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
In-County Transfers: 2 proofs of residency and a registration packet for In-County Transfers (available online, as well as the end bottom of this message).
* Walk-ins will be taken depending on availability. Those with appointments will be given priority.
** Due to capacity requirements, you may be asked to wait outside until called in by the DMT.
*** Proofs of Residency include: utility bill for power, water, cable, sewer or land-based telephone (not cellular); rental agreement or lease; closing document; Pinellas County tax statement with homestead exemption. The items must be recent and include the name of the parent/guardian and the service/home address
**** Course placement will be completed by counselors and will not take place during registration. Counselors will not return to school until August 3rd
