If you are pleased with your current learning option, no action is necessary.
If you would like to change your child’s learning option, please click on the link below.
If you have previously submitted a change request, but have not yet heard back from your school, please do not submit an additional request. Schools will continue to reach out to families who submitted requests, and duplicate submissions will slow the process. Our school personnel will be in contact with you soon.
