Sergeant Stephen Berthelot is a graduate of St. Petersburg High School, from there he went on to attend Bethune Cookman University (BCU). He began a career in law enforcement after graduating from BCU in 2011. He joined the Pinellas County Schools Police in March 2023. He also serves as a Pastor for New Philadelphia Christian Center, a church ministry located on the south side of St. Petersburg. Sergeant Berthelot views his job as an opportunity to pour into the youth and help them develop into productive men and women. He is married to his wife, Amber, and has three children: King, Stephen Jr., and Lauren.
