Refunds for Canceled Activities

Listed below are the field trips/events that will be refunded at this time.  Please complete the form and send by e-mail to:  KELLY-PETTITE@pcsb.org. This form must be received by bookkeeping in order to receive a refund.

If you are due a refund for an event that is not listed below, be aware that expenses have been paid for some events and Largo HS must wait to be reimbursed by vendors before we can issue a refund.

If you have paid funds for more than one household member, please be sure to check “multiple students” you will need to complete one form per student.

Prom:   Prom will no longer be held on April 18, 2020 as originally scheduled. Discussions are active to either reschedule for a later date or the possibility of cancellation.  Notification will be sent when a determination has been made.

Graduation: At this time there are no plans to cancel graduation.  Should there be any change, you will be notified.

ExCEL Disney – Magic Kingdom field trip:  Disney does not offer refunds but will extend the date to use these tickets.  We will try to reschedule this trip for the fall of 2020/2021 school year.  Therefore, we will only be refunding our current seniors.
