No Domain

If you are getting a “No Domain message” on your school issued device, that means your child’s login info did not stick when we logged them in during device check out. The only way to resolve this is to login on a school’s WiFi connection. HOWEVER, you do not need to be on Jamerson’s WiFi, it can be any county school near your house. If you can get close enough to the building, you can get on their WiFi without having to go in the building at all. Log in with their R2.D2 and password once close to the school building and then log back out. Once you are home, and on your personal WiFi, you should not get this error message again.
