Ties and Tennis Shoes 5K and Inflatable Obstacle Course

Proceeds from the Ties and Tennis Shoes 5K support the Pinellas Education Foundation’s Take Stock in Children Scholarship Program, which provides scholarships, mentors and hope for deserving low-income students of Pinellas County. Each dollar raised is matched dollar-for-dollar by the Florida Prepaid Foundation. You can register to be a part of the 74th Street 5k Team or sponsor a participant or our team by clicking here!

District Application Programs

Parents and students can meet representatives from all programs at Information Fairs:
  • Nov. 12, 6 to 8 p.m. at Gibbs High, 850 34th St. S, St. Petersburg
  • Nov. 14, 9 a.m. to noon at Pinellas Park High, 6305 118th Ave. N

News from the Art World

The artwork of 7 Jaguars was selected to be displayed at the Pinellas County Schools Administration Building in Largo at the “ANNUAL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING ART EXHIBIT". This unique art exhibit will be displayed for the entire 15/16 school year. Pinellas County School’s television programming, art websites, and publications will also be highlighting student artwork from this exhibition. Congratulations to the 7 students selected!
