7th grade student Jasmyn Marshall entered into a Pinellas County short story contest and placed as a top 10 finalist for the entire district. A reception was held for the finalists on Monday, where Jasmyn was awarded an Honorable Mention for her work, along with a cash prize. Way to go, Jasmyn!!

Reminder-As of January 4th, any student who must leave school early due to personal matters, illness, or doctor appointments, must be picked up by 3 p.m. The front office staff will not be able to coordinate this request after 3 p.m. Parents who come after 3 p.m. will have to wait until school dismissal for their student.
When calling the school, please be reminded there is an office for each grade level. Each grade level office has an Assistant Principal, Guidance Counselor and Office Clerk. Ms. Richardson is the 6th grade office clerk, Mrs. Griffin is the magnet and 7th grade office clerk and Mrs. McDonald is the 8th grade office clerk. Please request to speak with the grade level office of your student when you need assistance as you call the school.
