Shadowing for 2016-2017: If you are considering one Northeast's four career academy application programs for 2016, shadowing is a great way for an 8th grade student to experience a day in the life of a Viking academy student. This day can be instrumental in helping a student determine which academy program is right for him or her by providing an “insider’s” point of view to prepare them for college and career. Contact Debbie Fischer, Academy Director (firstname.lastname@example.org or 727-570-3138, ext. 82642064) starting October 1. Click here for more information. Our Open House Discovery Night for students and parents is December 1, 2015 at 6pm. This resource is helpful as you apply for application programs. Flu Vaccines Available in Clinic: The Florida Department of Health offers immunization to all students at the School-based Health Center (SBHC) at no charge. We encourage all students to take advantage of this in order to reduce illness. This is especially important for students with chronic health issues (asthma, diabetes, etc..). Please see the attached document for information and the consent form. Students can bring the signed consent form to the SBHC and they will be given the flu vaccine. Clinic hours are from 6:30 AM – 2:15 PM.
